30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unused or only lightly used
- Be in its original packaging whenever possible
- Include proof of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and, if approved, offer:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund
at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show excessive wear, damage caused by misuse, or products returned in unsanitary condition.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
