You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

  • Item arrived damaged or defective

  • Item not as described

❌ Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
